Provisioning of Microsoft TEAMS Telephony Support Services for 10 years

The provision of Microsoft Licenses and Related Services. This Call for Tenders is being published as a competitive call that will be considered as a negotiated procedure (in accordance with Article 154 (b) (ii) of the Public Procurement Regulations) to engage with an authorised Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) for MITA to procure Microsoft Licenses and other related Microsoft Services.

MITA will be procuring an extended logging facility to store non critical assets log.

To purchase and implement a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tool. GRC is an organisational strategy for managing governance, risk management and compliance with industry and government standards/regulations and also other internal organisation policies.

Consultancy Services to the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre

Through this engagement, a Contractor shall deliver software enhancements on the below platforms of the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre, based on the requirements that will be forwarded by MITA and to provide maintenance and support and operational services: Website (ncc-mita.gov.mt) Community portal (community.ncc-mita.gov.mt) and the respective Community Administrator portal This will be issued as a specific contract under DPS 060/20 - Procurement of Software Development Services-

MITA as a Contracting Authority intends to engage a Marketing Contractor to provide Marketing Services. The Marketing Services consist of marketing coordination, marketing strategy, social media administration and marketing execution for the different initiatives of the NCC-MT.

MITA will be procuring dedicated forensic hardware and software. This tender will consist of 2 lots.

MITA will procure a wide range of cybersecurity training courses. This tender will consist of 4 lots.

Tender published with the aim of outsourcing the services of an external consultancy and training provider to: Provide expert consultation in line with current customer care best practices in order to assist MITA in aligning its Client Focus Strategy; Design bespoke training material that meet MITA requirements; Develop an online short interactive customer care training video; Deliver a corporate wide customer care training programme.

This project seeks the procurement, configuration and implementation of a Governance, Risk and Compliance Platform to facilitate the management of issues and risks identified through compliance and risk management activities within the Agency.

The successful tenderer shall assist the Customs project team in the development and implementation of modernised software also in view of the EU Multi Annual Strategic Plan (MASP)  2020.
