Provision of Cleaning Services for MITA Premises - T059/26

Through this CfT, MITA will procure cleaning services at the Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) premises for a period of five years. 

Site Visit: Two site visits (one per site) will be held on 3rd and 4th November 2026 at 10:00 hours, at MITA Data Centre, Old Railway Track, Santa Venera, and MITA Head Office, Gattard House, National Road, Blata l-Bajda to answer any questions on the tender document which have been forwarded in writing or are raised during the same site visit. The questions and responses shall be posted online as a clarification note as per Clause 6.1 of the General Rules Governing Tendering.

Interested tenderers are to register their attendance by sending a clarification request through ePPS with the subject of clarification being “Clarification Meeting registration”. Applicants need to specify for which site visit (Head Office, Data Centre, or both) they are registering for, together with the name, surname, and contact number of the representative/s.

A maximum of two (2) representatives per tendering party may register per site visit by not later than 13:00 hours of Monday 2nd November 2026.
