Online Clarification Meeting

An online clarification meeting will be held through Microsoft TEAMS on Wednesday 24 September 2025 at 10:00 hours (with an approximate duration of two hours) to answer any questions on the tender document which have been forwarded in writing, or are raised during the same meeting. Minutes will be taken during the meeting, and these (together with any clarifications in response to written requests which are not addressed during the meeting) shall be posted online as a clarification note as per Clause 6.1 of the General Rules Governing Tendering.

In order to participate in the clarification meeting, interested tenderers are to register their interest and attendance by registering through the URL from the Form below.

A maximum of two representatives per tendering party may register by not later than 17:00 hours of Monday 22 September 2025. A calendar invite with the link and instructions related to the proceedings of the online meeting shall be sent to all registered attendees.

Meetings between economic operators and the Contracting Authority, other than that provided in this clause during the tendering period are not permitted.
