T033/21 – Provision of Software Services on the Person Register: Clarification Meeting

The Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) has published an open call for tenders for the provision of software services on the Person Register. 

The subject of this tender is the provision of a holistic range of ICT services to implement and maintain the Person Register as detailed in Section 3 (Terms of Reference) of the tender document, and in line with the Legal Notice pertaining to the Re-Use of Public Sector Information (Person Register and Personal Data Sharing within the Public Sector).

An online clarification meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on the 10 January 2022 at 10:00 (with an approximate duration of two hours), to answer any questions on the tender document which have been forwarded in writing or are raised during the same meeting. Minutes will be taken during the meeting, and these (together with any clarifications in response to written requests which are not addressed during the meeting) shall be posted online as a clarification note as per Clause 6.1 of the General Rules Governing Tendering.

In order to participate in the clarification meeting, interested tenderers are to register their interest and attendance below. A maximum of two representatives per tendering party may register by not later than 1700 hours of Thursday 6 January 2022. A calendar invite with the link and instructions related to the proceedings of the online meeting shall be sent on Friday 7 January 2022.
