T001/23 - Provision of Firewalls, Management Tools and Services - Clarification Meeting

MITA has published a call for tenders for the Provision of Firewalls, Management Tools and Services. 

An online clarification meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams at 10:00 (local time) on Thursday 9th March 2023 (with an approximate duration of two hours), to answer any questions on the tender document which have been forwarded in writing, or are raised during the same meeting. Minutes will be taken during the meeting, and these (together with any clarifications in response to written requests which are not addressed during the meeting) shall be posted online as a clarification note as per Clause 6.1 of the General Rules Governing Tendering.

In order to participate in the clarification meeting, interested tenderers are to register their interest and attendance from below: (Registration is now closed)

A maximum of two representatives per tendering party may register by not later than 1700 hours of Monday 6 March 2023. A calendar invite with the link and instructions related to the proceedings of the online meeting shall be sent on Tuesday 7 March 2023.

Meetings between economic operators and the Contracting Authority, other than that provided in this clause during the tendering period are not permitted.
