Prior Information Notice (PIN): Teams Voice Service Project – External Peripherals

MITA has issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in respect of the upcoming procurement of Teams Voice Service Project – External Peripherals.

MITA is driving the implementation of one unified communication platform across Government of Malta by adding the feature of Voice Service in Microsoft Teams. This initiative is congruent with the Government Strategy & Vision of providing modern tools to support the digital transformation within Public Service Administration. To complement this initiative, MITA will be shortly inviting interested parties to submit their offer for desk phones, headsets, web cameras and Teams meeting room devices that are Microsoft Teams certified. For the desk phones only, the offer must include support services for the installation and configuration of devices with MITA’s infrastructure, and other issues directly related to desk phones.

Interested Economic Operators are encouraged to visit https://procurement.mita.gov.mt/ in order to sign up for further details on this and other procurement activities undertaken by MITA.

Interested Economic Operators are reminded that MITA publishes its call for tenders on Malta’s electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS - https://www.etenders.gov.mt). Interested operators should therefore ensure that they have an active account on ePPS. This will allow for faster familiarization of the ePPS and will also allow the setting up of email notifications on tenders of interest. More information on how to register and use ePPS is available in the Help and FAQ files available on the same platform.
