Preliminary Market Consultation: Economic Operators Due Diligence

The Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) has issued a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) to collect information on the possibility of engaging a service provider for the conducting of due diligence screening, either through subscription to a specific tool/service, or through ad-hoc consultancy services.

The issuance of this PMC does not constitute a commitment to issue a request for bids or award a contract and MITA will not pay or reimburse any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this PMC.

Any information received in response to this PMC will assist the Contracting Authority’s project team in finalizing the requirements which may be used in eventual issuance of a call for tenders. Submitting a response to this PMC is not a guarantee in any way that an Economic Operator will be selected for any subsequent call for tenders or any other procurement initiative, nor does it preclude any Economic Operator from responding to future procurement opportunities.

Any PMC addenda/updates will be made available through the electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS).

The deadline for submission of responses is being extended to 17:00 of Wednesday 15 November 2023.
