The Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purchase/leasing of scanners, printers and related supplies and maintenance services to be used by Government Departments and Entities. MITA is organizing an Information Session with the scope of providing an overview of the DPS procedure, and how specific contracts are issued by Contracting Authorities. This Session is aimed towards Public Procurers who intend to procure related equipment and consumables in the near future. Participants will be shown the procedure to issue a specific contract, as well as a walk-through of the guidelines and various templates which are available online.
The Information Session shall be held online on 10:00am of Monday 15th June 2020. Depending on the interactions and queries raised, the Session should end at around 12:00 (noon). Participants will eventually receive a calendar invite with the web link to connect to the session. Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
