The Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) has issued an open call for tenders for the procurement of a Corporate Electronic Document Management System (CEDMS). More information on this tender is available here.

Clarification Meeting

An online clarification meeting will be held through Microsoft TEAMS on the 11 September 2023 at 10:00 (with an approximate duration of two hours) to answer any questions on the tender document which have been forwarded in writing, or are raised during the same meeting. Minutes will be taken during the meeting, and these (together with any clarifications in response to written requests which are not addressed during the meeting) shall be posted online as a clarification note.

In order to participate in the clarification meeting, interested tenderers are to register their interest and attendance by registering through the online form below.

A maximum of two representatives per tendering party may register by not later than 17:00 hours of Thursday 7 September 2023. A calendar invite with the link and instructions related to the proceedings of the online meeting shall be sent to all registered attendees.
