Provision of Microsoft Licenses (Perpetual and Subscription) and Related Services - T014/24

The subject of this tender is the procurement of Microsoft licences (perpetual and subscription) and services for MITA on behalf of the Government of Malta.

This Call for Tenders is being published as a competitive call as a negotiated procedure (in accordance with Article 153 (b) (ii) of the Public Procurement Regulations) to engage with an authorised Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) for MITA to procure Microsoft Licenses and other related Microsoft Services.

Clarification Meeting

An online clarification meeting will be held through Microsoft TEAMS on Monday 18 March 2024 at 10:00am Local Time (with an approximate duration of two hours) to answer any questions on the tender document which have been forwarded in writing, or are raised during the same meeting. Minutes will be taken during the meeting, and these (together with any clarifications in response to written requests which are not addressed during the meeting) shall be posted online as a clarification note as per Clause 6.1 of the General Rules Governing Tendering.

In order to participate in the clarification meeting, interested tenderers are to register their interest and attendance by registering through this link. 

A maximum of two representatives per tendering party may register by not later than 17:00 of Thursday 14 March 2024. A calendar invite with the link and instructions related to the proceedings of the online meeting shall be sent by Friday 15 March 2024.
