Provision of Services for the Roll-out and Support of a Case Management Solution for Social Workers - T070/17

Over the past three years, MITA has managed the development and roll-out of a case management solution for the Foundation for Social Welfare Services (FSWS). The case management solution went live in July 2015. It is currently used by circa 130 social workers who work in various units within Aġenzija Appoġġ.  FSWS needs to roll-out the case management solution to the remaining units within Aġenzija Appoġġ and all the units within Aġenzija Sedqa. Furthermore, the case management solution needs to be rolled out to other social workers outside FSWS such that all social workers within Government use the same case management solution
