Provision of SharePoint Enhancements, Maintenance and Support Services - T044/17

MITA has set-up a centralised platform that will provide document collaboration services to the Government of Malta via an Enterprise Collaboration portal. The centralised platform is based on Microsoft SharePoint technology and is hosted and operated by MITA. The platform offers SharePoint standard functionality to internal government business functions. Several SharePoint Enterprise Collaboration sites are available for government internal use. The configuration administration and management of the Enterprise Collaboration sites, together with the content and related business logic, is currently delegated to the respective Ministry’s Office of the Chief Information Officer or the respective site owner. Through this CfT, MITA shall be procuring SharePoint enhancements, maintenance and support services.
