Provision of Cisco® SMARTnet™ Services - T118/19

Through this tender, MITA will be procuring Cisco® SMARTnet™ services under a consolidated framework agreement which may include the following: 1. all future procurement of Cisco® SMARTnet™ cover for hardware, software patches and application support that may be deployed during the defined contract period. The duration of the maintenance cover shall be for the standard period/s issued by the manufacturer and as directed by MITA in the purchase order; 2. renewals of Cisco® SMARTnet™ cover for hardware, software patches and application support that would have been procured during the contract term; 3. renewals of existing Cisco® SMARTnet™ contracts that MITA has entered into with other suppliers and that expire within different intervals throughout their contact term. At the discretion of MITA, these can be renewed with the selected tenderer following their expiry date and transferred to the consolidated framework agreement.
