Provision of Qualitative Research on Mobile Public Services - T030/17

The research services required should aim to identify local patterns of mobile usage, which includes the type of services being consumed, the time and frequency the services are used, the amount of payments done, amongst others and to learn what are the citizens’ expectations from Government regarding Mobile Public Services, together with the usage patterns of particular services available at the time of research. The research will be conducted through the different focus groups and each focus group will be given a particular Mobile Public Service to explore, discuss and give feedback.

The project may be part-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds, Co-financing rate: co-financing rate: 80 per cent European Union; 20 per cent National Funds in accordance with the rules of the Operational Programme II – European Structural and Investment Funds 2014-2020.
