Hybrid Cloud Enabling Infrastructure and Services - T018/18

The subject of this tender is the procurement of a Hybrid Cloud solution (the Solution) enabling infrastructure and services which is composed of an On-Premise private cloud deployed on a hyper-converged infrastructure hosted in MITA’s Data Centre, the procurement and use of cloud services from a Public Cloud, and the integration between the On-Premise private cloud and the Public Cloud.

The Solution is to be made up of the following Building Blocks:

• hyper-converged infrastructure and IaaS;
• software services;
• management and DevOps;
• operational and support services;
• security and controls;
• billing and usage metering;
• The place of acceptance of the services shall be Malta.

This is a fee-based for service contract.

This call for tenders is being issued under an open procedure.

A clarification meeting will be held on Monday 9 April 2018, at MITA Data Centre, Triq il-Ferrovija, Santa Venera, Malta, to answer any questions on the tender document which have been forwarded in writing, or are raised during the same meeting. Minutes will be taken during the meeting, and these (together with any clarifications in response to written requests which are not addressed during the meeting) shall be posted online as a clarification note as per Clause 6.1 of the General Rules Governing Tendering.
