Provision of Online Payment Processing Service - T002/22

MITA is issuing this CfT for the provision of an online payment processing service to continue providing a successful payment service to the Government, whilst complimenting the MITA Strategy 2021-2023. This online payment processing service shall be scalable, secure, open-standard based and flexible. MITA is requesting a holistic Online Payment Processing service which requires components that replicate the existing Government Payment Gateway (GPG) application programming interface (API) and eliminate the need for any infrastructure interface changes to existing merchant websites. MITA’s goal is that applications consuming the current service require no code changes to connect to the GPG service procured through this CFT.

Tenderers are to refer to Document F – GPG MITA Middleware Source Code Detail for extracts of the source code.  Tenderers may request a copy of the full source code by emailing the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement published with this tender, to email address cmd.mita@gov.mt by not later than 1600 hours of Friday 4 March 2022 .  Once MITA is in receipt of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement from the respective Tenderer, MITA shall provide the source code to the Tenderer through OneDrive.  Tenderers are to provide an email address for this purpose in the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement which email address must be bound to a particular person (not a generic email or distribution list).
