MITA has issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in respect of the upcoming procurement of a Microsoft Teams Voice Service Platform.

Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) is currently supporting a unified communication platform based on Microsoft Teams for the voice service. Teams Voice service is facilitating the modern working environment to support hybrid working within Government of Malta. Teams voice services is based on the concepts of calling from anywhere, on any device using one single phone number across. From one point of access in MS Teams for incoming and outgoing calls.

Interested Economic Operators are encouraged to visit https://procurement.mita.gov.mt/ in order to sign up for further details on this and other procurement activities undertaken by MITA.

Interested Economic Operators are reminded that MITA publishes its call for tenders on Malta’s electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS - https://www.etenders.gov.mt). Interested operators should therefore ensure that they have an active account on ePPS. This will allow for faster familiarization of the ePPS and will also allow the setting up of email notifications on tenders of interest. More information on how to register and use ePPS is available in the Help and FAQ files available on the same platform.
