Preliminary Market Consultation on an e-Procurement Solutions and Implementation Services (CT 2057/2020)

The Department of Contracts (DoC) within the Ministry for Finance and Financial Services (MFIN) has launched a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) as part of market research being conducted on e-Procurement Solutions and Implementation Services.

A Prior Information Notice has also been published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Important: Extended Deadline. Interested parties are to provide their feedback by Friday 17th April 2020. Submissions of responses to the PMC are to be made via the EPPS.

This PMC is to be treated solely as exploratory market research and should not be regarded as a Call for Tenders (CfT) or as an obligation to procure on the part of DoC. No contract will result from any response to this PMC.

This issuance of this PMC does not constitute a commitment to issue a request for bids, award a contract, or pay any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this PMC.
